Imperial War Museum Duxford Airspace Exhibition Phase Two

HRH the Duke of Kent opened the £25 million Airspace project, which aims to confirm the Imperial War Museum Duxford's position as a leading tourist attraction and encourage local, national and international visitors to the East of England.

Reed was delighted to have carried out the electrical installation on this project.    Imperial-War-Museum-Duxford

Although complex in design, the entire construction team helped create a challenging and inspirational experience.

This unique exhibition area is worthy of our magnificent aviation heritage. Imagine being up close to 30 of the rarest and most treasured military and civil British and Commonwealth aircraft. Imagine some of these aircraft suspended above you, as if in flight. Airspace will be an inspirational display space for some of the world's most impressive feats of engineering.
